Level Five Long Form Improv
Prerequisite: Level Four Improv + Instructor Approval

8-Week Course + 4 Performances throughout the Course

Now that you’ve got a solid understanding of the Harold format, and a plethora of new openings to pick and choose from, it’s time to branch out and learn some brand new improv forms and performance techniques to take your stage presence to a whole new level! Over the course of eight weeks, you will learn four improv formats, and the class will perform every two weeks in our Club Theater. That’s right – you perform while you learn throughout this Level Five class, because we truly believe learning happens just as much onstage as it does in the classroom.

This is an eight-session class running from Monday, April 24 – Monday, June 12, 2022 (4:30-7:30PM). The instructor is Kimberly Alu.

This class will meet on the following dates: Apr 24, May 1, May 8, May 15, May 22, May 29, Jun 5, Jun 12. With four Performances throughout the Course occurring on Sunday 05/08 @ 5pm, Sunday 05/22 @ 5pm, Sunday 06/05 @ 5pm, & Sunday 06/19 @ 5pm

All students must adhere to student policies as described in the Dallas Comedy Club Student Handbook. Class sizes are limited to allow for optimal instruction and student development. Storytelling classes involve close physical proximity and are held indoors; students must be 18 years or older with proof of COVID vaccination to enroll and participate. All sales are final and classes are non-refundable.
