Intro to Stand-Up
No Experience Required – Open to All!

6-Week Course + Final Grad Show

There’s nothing more exhilarating, exciting, and confidence-boosting than performing stand-up comedy! This goal-oriented course will get you up onstage doing stand-up for the first time with confidence, joy, and a drive to keep coming back for more! You will emerge from this class with disciplined writing tools, personal feedback, and a solid 3-5 minute set that you’ll be eager to share with the world.

This is a six-session class running from Monday, May 9 – Monday, June 20, 2022 (skips Memorial Day on May 30th) @ 7:00-10:00PM. The instructor is Claire Daigle.

This class will meet on the following dates: May 9, May 16, May 23, June 6, June 13, and June 20 (skips May 30). The class graduation show will be Saturday, June 26th at 2:00PM.

All students must adhere to student policies as described in the Dallas Comedy Club Student Handbook. Class sizes are limited to allow for optimal instruction and student development. Improv classes involve close physical proximity and are held indoors; students must be 18 years or older with proof of COVID vaccination to enroll and participate. All sales are final and classes are non-refundable.
