Workshop Description: Musical Comics Dylan Adler and Kelly Bachman will teach you how to start writing your own musical comedy songs. They’ll give insight on musical parodies and original musical comedy songs, and talk about the process of writing and workshopping musical comedy! Bring your own songs if you have them, and Kelly and Dylan will give feedback!

About the Instructors: New York-based comic Kelly Bachman, recently featured in Hysterical on FX and Hulu, has contributed to publications such as The New York Times, Glamour, and The Guardian. Kelly is also a filmmaker, and her debut short film premiered at the LA Shorts International Film Festival.

Dylan Adler is a musical comic based in Brooklyn, NY. He’s been featured in the NY Comedy Festival and Vulture. He co-wrote the show “Survivors are Horny, Too” with Kelly Bachman, which was featured in The New York Times. He was a sketch actor on UCB Maude Night and performs musical comedy all around NYC.
