Learn the joy of sketch! Discover the power and delight of “Yes, and!” in a world that often says “No but!”. Engage your creative side in this low pressure but high energy class that will give you the basic skills needed to approach sketch writing. Learn the different terms and formatting required to write a script, review examples of the vast world of sketch, and even exit the four week session with a finished sketch or two that was imagined, developed, and written all by YOU!

This is a four-session class running from Saturday, June 18th – July 16, 2022 (skips July 2nd) @ 4:00PM-6:00PM. The instructor is Jacie Hood. This class will meet on the following exact dates: June 18th, June 25th, July 9th, & July 16th (skips July 2nd) @ 4-6pm. There is no class graduation show or final showcase performance for this course.

All students must adhere to student policies as described in the Dallas Comedy Club Student Handbook. Class sizes are limited to allow for optimal instruction and student development. Improv classes involve close physical proximity and are held indoors; students must be 18 years or older with proof of COVID vaccination to enroll and participate. All sales are final and non-refundable.
