Do you ever wonder why the best improviser can seemingly break all the rules? Building something together takes tools, not rules. Learn the tools well enough, and you can throw the so-called rules out.

ABOUT BRETT DUGGAN

Brett’s brand of humor is unique and comes from the truths of his life: He is a Dyslexic College Professor and a recovered alcoholic. He has two kids and a wife who are all smarter than him. He has a lot of ideas for ridiculous inventions and odd opinions about our culture and the failed promise of technology. He has darkly funny stories of personal tragedy and embarrassing decisions. Brett is not just a unique voice in comedy: he has a fantastic voice, not unlike the sound of Snuffolufigus after a bender. You will know him when you see and hear him: well dressed and Dad-bod-handsome.
Brett is a professor at Louisiana State University, the Executive Artistic Director of the Baton Rouge Improv Festival, and the CEO of the baton Rouge Acting Studio.
