THE HIRING PROCESS

Every offer starts with an application. Please be thoughtful and thorough.

If your application is chosen to move forward, you will receive an email from the Director of Education to schedule an in-person interview. If you do not live in the DFW area your interview may take place over Zoom, but virtual interviews are not available for candidates who live within the metroplex.

After a successful interview, candidates will be placed in their desired class as an Instructing Auditor. Candidates are encouraged to use this time to get familiar with DCC’s proprietary curriculum, and to get comfortable with the flow of a class. Attendance at all class sessions is not required, but strongly recommended. Upon successful completion of a course audit, candidates will be assigned to classes as available.
