GRAD SHOW: Sunday, December 10th, exact time TBD

No one has a story like yours. No one has experienced this life the way you have. So why not bring your story to life in a way you’ve never imagined before? The art of storytelling is not only a therapeutic experience for yourself, but for those who need to hear it. In this course you’ll learn how to create a clear arc in telling your story, how to emote, and how to keep your audience completely captivated. You will explore popular storytelling modes including TedX and The Moth. You’ll receive focused feedback in a nurturing environment that will help boost your confidence and skills as a storyteller. This course will focus on giving you the tools and confidence you need to tell one story, your story, at your final grad show presentation.

All students will receive a storytelling t-shirt designed by the instructor, courtesy of Dallas Comedy Club.

This class is eight weekly sessions running from October 12, 2023 to December 7, 2023. The instructor is TBD. Class will skip on November 23rd for Thanksgiving. All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable. All students must adhere to policies in the Dallas Comedy Club Student Handbook. Must be 18 years or older to enroll and participate.
