Intro to Stand-Up (4/22 – 6/17)

There’s nothing more exhilarating, exciting, and confidence boosting than performing stand up comedy! It can be intimidating, sure, but with the right guidance and instruction, it’s something that anyone can do. This goal-oriented course will get you up onstage doing stand up for the first time with confidence, joy, and an itch to keep coming back for more! You will emerge from this class with disciplined writing tools, informative personal feedback and important advice, and a solid 5-7 minute set that you’ll be eager to share with the world.

This class is eight weekly sessions running from April 22nd to June 16th, 2024. The instructor is Emily Grefer. Class will skip Monday, May 27th for Memorial Day. All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable. All students must adhere to policies in the Dallas Comedy Club Student Handbook. Must be 18 years or older to enroll and participate.
