Level Four Long Form (6/1 – 7/20)

Prerequisite: Level Three Long Form Improv + Accepted Application

You’ve learned the rules and tools of improv, so let’s get back to play and put them all together in fun new ways! Level Four Long Form takes the foundation formed in beginner and intermediate levels and builds upon it with fun new forms and structures. Students work toward mastering the Harold as the main form used in the course, which allows performers to give their sets a sitcom-like structure where scenes and beats are revisited to the delight of the audience. Instructor feedback focuses on individualized performance notes designed to call out students’ unique strengths while working to get rid of bad habits. By the end of the class, students become skillful performers who have the skills needed to perform in any show that comes their way!

This class is eight weekly sessions running from June 1, 2024 to July 20, 2024. The instructor is TBD. All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable. All students must adhere to policies in the Dallas Comedy Club Student Handbook. Must be 18 years or older to enroll and participate.
