You’ve started your sketch packet, now let’s make it stronger!
You did it! You dipped your toes into the world of sketch writing and now it’s time to keep building on that momentum! This class is an intermediate sketch writing course that will explore more complex styles of sketch writing. Students will learn how to better craft sketches, pitch their ideas with confidence, and expand their writing portfolio. This class also dives into the editing and rewriting process in more depth than our intro level. By the end of the class students will have a solid body of work that can be submitted for shows at DCC and beyond!
CLASS DATES: WEDNESDAYS FROM 7-10:00PM, 1/17/24 – 3/6/24
This class is eight weekly sessions running from January 17, 2024 to March 6, 2024. The instructor is Rosie Caruth. Classes are non-refundable and all sales are final. Students must be 18 years or older to enroll and participate, and must adhere to policies in the Dallas Comedy Club Student Handbook.
